2. Scope of Services & Independent Status

Anjani Enterprises is an independent commercial enterprise based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Our services include consultation, facilitation, and documentation assistance across our eleven service divisions:

• Anjani Solar & Anjani Wind: We facilitate preliminary consultations and project scoping. Actual power generation, equipment performance, and net-metering approvals are governed by environmental factors, manufacturer specifications, and electricity distribution companies (DISCOMs).
• Digital Signature Services: We assist with application preparation and token configuration. Certificates are legally issued by licensed Certifying Authorities under the IT Act.
• Insurance & Financial Protection (General, Child Education, Wealth Savings, Term Insurance): We facilitate enquiry scoping and plan comparisons. Underwriting, policy issuance, claim settlements, and contractual guarantees are exclusively governed by registered insurance companies and IRDAI regulations.
• Bank CSP & Business Correspondent (BC) Setup: We assist eligible rural and urban kiosk entrepreneurs with pre-screening, IIBF exam guidance, police verification documentation, and biometric terminal setup. Official BC agent code allocation is governed strictly by empaneled Corporate BCs and sponsoring banks.
• Loan Assistance: We assist in organizing documentation and profile readiness. Sanction, interest rates, and loan disbursals are decided solely by lending banks and NBFCs.
• Digital & Web Services: We deliver website design, digital presence management, and local SEO services under defined commercial agreements.
• Government Documentation: We provide independent clerical and procedural assistance. We are not a government department; approvals rest solely with competent authorities.

3. Accuracy of Information

Visitors agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current contact information when submitting an enquiry or requesting a callback. Submitting false or misleading information or attempting to spam website forms is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Anjani Enterprises shall not be liable for statutory rejections, regulatory timeline variations, loan application declines, or third-party underwriting decisions made by independent authorities or financial institutions.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this website or our facilitation services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
